Free Tax Preparation for low to middle income taxpayers

Davis Tax Foundation provides free tax preparation services free of charge for low to middle income taxpayers. Currently, that income figure is $65,000 per year per return.

We are currently taking appointments at our main office in St. Peters for current and prior year tax return preparation. All tax preparation is done by appointment only. Please contact our main number at 314-400-8295 to set up your appointment. Please NOTE: Everyone is required to wear a face mask and gloves while in our office. If you do not have these, we can provide them to you. It is a requirement. Davis Tax Foundation is following CDC requirements for COVID-19 procedures.

All returns are e-filed whenever possible. Our volunteers are certified through an IRS developed test. We have years of experience preparing returns within the scope of the IRS sponsored Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. Direct deposit is your fastest and saftest refund.
